In Which There Is A Vacation

We are very excited over here at Chez Zetta. There's a vacation on deck for the VBM and me. Tomorrow, we are driving up to Seattle, where we will stay in a swank B&B. We will also hang out with my dear friend, The Sparkly Warrior Princess, who will be bringing us to dine at her beau's restaurant. Remind me to tell you stories about SWP. She is a very bad influence and she should not be avoided.
After Seattle, we are driving up to Whistler, BC, for a week of skiing and muklukking around. This is the first vacation I have embarked upon which does not include camping, couches, or cheap hotels. We have ski-in ski-out accomodations. There is a hot tub. I have three trashy novels to read while I am there. It has been ages since the VBM and I have gotten away from things to hang out with eachother. We are both in good spirits and ready to pack the car. Cooper will be lollygagging with VBM's family members. We are hoping they will still speak to us when it is all over. Let us meditate on our ACLs and our new goretex jackets.
